PostPartner ("we", "us") operates postpartner.io and app.postpartner.io. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it when you use our Facebook group posting software.

Overview

PostPartner is a subscription service that lets you schedule and publish posts to Facebook groups through a web dashboard and Chrome extension. We collect only what we need to run the service, process payments, and support your account.

Information We Collect

Account information

• Name and email address when you sign up.
• Password (stored in hashed form).
• Billing details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).

Service data

• Facebook groups you add to PostPartner.
• Post content, images, schedules, and campaign settings you create.
• Posting logs and status history from your campaigns.
• Chrome extension connection data needed to post through your browser session.

Usage and technical data

• Pages visited on our website and actions in the dashboard.
• Device type, browser, IP address, and general location (country/region).
• Support messages you send us.

How We Use Data

• Provide and maintain PostPartner, including scheduling and posting to your groups.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send account emails (receipts, password resets, service notices).
• Respond to support requests.
• Improve reliability, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only when needed:

• Payment processors (such as Stripe) to handle billing.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers to run the app.
• Email providers to send transactional messages.
• Analytics tools to understand site usage (aggregated where possible).
• Legal requirements when required by law or to protect our rights.

Posting happens through your own Facebook session in your browser. PostPartner does not receive your Facebook password.

Retention

We keep account and campaign data while your subscription is active. If you cancel, we retain data for up to 30 days so you can reactivate. After that, we delete or anonymize data unless we must keep it for legal or billing reasons.

Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and standard security practices. No online service is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact support@postpartner.io to make a request. You can cancel your subscription and request account deletion at any time.
