By using PostPartner at postpartner.io or app.postpartner.io, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account Terms

• You must be at least 13 years old to use PostPartner.
• You must be a human. Accounts created by bots or automated signup methods are not allowed.
• You must provide a valid email address and any other information we request during signup.
• Each login is for one person. Shared logins are not permitted. You may create separate logins for each team member your plan allows.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. PostPartner is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for all content posted and all activity under your account, including activity by team members on your account.

Paid Subscriptions

• PostPartner is a paid subscription service. Pricing is shown on our pricing page.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@postpartner.io.
• When you purchase, you confirm you understand what you are buying and agree not to file fraudulent payment disputes.
• If you cancel while on a discounted lock-in price and later resubscribe, the discounted price may not be available again.

Billing

If you purchase a paid subscription, you must provide a valid payment method approved by PostPartner. You authorize PostPartner to store and share your payment information with payment processors as needed to complete your purchase.

PostPartner may charge your payment method in advance on a recurring basis according to your subscription plan until you cancel.

Refunds

Acceptable Use

PostPartner helps you schedule and publish posts to Facebook groups you belong to. You agree to:

• Follow Facebook's Terms of Service and each group's rules.
• Only post to groups where you are an approved member.
• Not use PostPartner for spam, harassment, illegal content, or misleading claims.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or put other users at risk.

The Service

PostPartner includes a web dashboard and Chrome extension that posts through your logged-in Facebook session. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, but we work to keep posting reliable.

PostPartner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Facebook. Facebook is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

General Terms

• Your use of PostPartner is at your own risk. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
• We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
